They installed my shed yesterday for the tractor and other toy's. LOL I plan on closing it in myself. They wanted almost double to close the front end with a 9 foot door so I will just do it myself before winter gets here. Wish I could afford some of the barns you guy's have. I've seem some here on the forum that I would kil for. j/k I have a 1/2 load of 3/4" washed gravel coming Monday for the floor.

Thanks all!!!

The company I used is located in Oklahoma and only works this area. But don't worry. There are companies like this everywhere. LOL What it is, is an over sized car port closed in on 3 sides. You know those car port cover you see sitting everywhere for $695 on car lots, hardware stores... That's what it is just built to my specs. One company I think that is nation wide is Carolina Carports Inc

I payed a little over $2200 for the shed built to my specs. That also included them installing the shed. Took them about 4 hours to erect it.

Randy, I've spent lots of hours on my back under vehicles cussin' the fact that I put crushed rock down instead of pea gravel or sand. I guess if you have the 3/4" rock inbound, you can't really stop it, but my poor knees and back can attest that those sharp edges really punish you. ...just a thought.

Oops! Forgot to say what a nice shed you have. If you leave it open, you won't ever have to worry about moisture and condensation.

Randy - I agree with Jim on working on that sharp edged rock .... but I also have a better solution than pea gravel or sand ... after that crushed rock you're getting gets settled in good ... get yourself some stuff they call granite gravel around here and put it on top..... it's really small, packs really well, and if you drop a nut or bolt - you won't lose it. Don't have any idea how many I've lost in the pea gravel I put in an old shed I have. Those carports are great - I bet you'll love it.

Nice shed. Hope you don't mind a neighbor from the Deere board stopping bye, but your post caught my eye. I'm going to get one soon, if I can ever decide what size. My wife said to get a red one and we'll call it our barn. JC

If you drive a John Deere into a green shed, does it disappear?
