Well, next step might be to identify valve then.

Are the hoses long enough to swap the hammer control with one of the tilt controls?

I already read the manual none of those valves look like mine. And shaver customer service is terrible been waiting on phone call for days. Yep when hydraulics is on I’m getting flow back to tank with without operating any valves.

Then I would say it is open center like your tractor is. Now I am wondering if you have enough flow through the remotes to operate the cylinder. Total flow of you system is around 11 GPM. I am guessing you might get 5 GPM through the remote. Still if should lift but much slower. Then the pressure comes into question on the remote valve. Do you have a pressure gauge and can you check the pressure on the remote valve?

Another option could be to identify the valve manufacturer and order the power beyond sleeve for that valve then install the driver using power Beyond from your loader valve. To do this you would need to be able to loop the power beyond back to the system when the driver is not installed. We can help you do that if that is the direction you want to go.

But for now testing is in order.
