To all the orange machine owners.
I have a 970 johndeere 30 hp I bought new back in 1998 to clear brush on 20 acres we purchased back then . Hooked up a TW 60 rhino shredder and went to work. Long story short that little tractor and shredder cleared my twenty and then some, property lines, 1 acre lots, pastures , vacant lots. Enjoyed clearing my land and turned into a business. No advertising just word of mouth. Last year gear parts broke found out parts are not being made for the 970. Time to get new tractor. I hated the way all new johndeeres had the hydraulic hoses sticking out to the side. Doing brush work would just tear them off. Kubota still tucks their hoses inside the loader. Heard good things about the orange machine. June 2017 I got my new 7060 12 speed straight from factory with R4 industrial tires with a canopy. Would have loved a cab but that would make it very difficult for me to get on. I added a TR 96 Rhino. Holy Toledo ! Great machine. I love the shuttle shifter. No more clutch ! I've had it 1 year 2 months no problems. No gen problems, just let it Regen while I work. Added a hydraulic top link for shredder and 7' box blade. Hydraulic top link keeps dropping when i have the equipment up. It holds up for about 15 minutes. Then by my own mistake I got dirt, grass clippings in fuel tank . That caused stalling of engine. Luckly I made it back to the shop. Removed left rear tire, left rear fender , steps, then fuel tank. Rinsed out tank, ( lots of grass clippings) blew out vent hose and fuel line and a t connection at bottom of tank. The t connection spit out a good wad of fine grass clippings which I imagine was the culprit. Now running fine. To all tractor owners ... Don't forget to put the fuel cap on ! Good luck all !

Congrats!

I lost the fuel cap for my Kioti once. I'd looked everywhere. Wife found it! I've had the Kioti die on me from a pinched fuel line: underneath- piece of brush.

Thanks dieselbound went back to work yesterday and had no more stalling of engine. I went ahead and removed the tire and fender . Made the removal of fuel tank much easier and glad I did the underneath of seat was packed with dirt, sand, grass clippings. Cleaned it all out.
