Agree. If I was a cop and saw that, flashed on my lights and siren I would be afraid the idiot driving would gun it and dump the poor lady in the road.

Different countries, different customs. I took this photo on a main 'highway' in India, 2004.

I don't recall seeing anything about them getting into an accident.
Maybe some people are better drivers then you seem to be.

What makes you think they actually have a license? I had a coworker who got hit on a Sun AM coming back from church. Knocked him loopy for a minute and when he got out of the car found the vehicle that hit him was totally abandoned with the doors all wide open. Cops said the illeagals often do that when they get in accidents, but these guys left their cell phones and a couple wallet behind. Go figger...
