He's probably complaining about the "Ram" part of that; it was a "Dodge Ram D350”. I don't know much about Dodges & Rams but I've seen older D100/200/300/500; pretty sure they were still Dodges when they moved to the 1500/2500/3500 numbers?
You think it's funny, yet in an episode of "Hill Street Blues" years ago, a survivalist type asked the captain's wife Joyce- a lawyer- what she would do if her car broke down while out in the desert. Part of her answer was "Drink the coolant"...

Stock internet photo Ram 350. The picture of the Ram with the dozer on it was of this general vintage when they were 250s, 350s.

Tbh, this isn't strictly a Ram, but rather a (make=)Dodge (name=)Ram (model=)D-350.
I suspect everyone on this thread knows this already, but I'm happy to spell it out so we can move on.

Geez. Spitting hairs are you? Says Ram 350 on the side of it so it was a Ram 350 at the time.
The original pickup with the dozer on it said Ram 250 on the side. So it was a Ram 250 at the time.
Manufacturer has nothing to do with it.
