Maybe nothing was wrong. Perhaps a package or two wider then the erst of the load. We can't see indie to know if it was secured or not.

I'd be more concerned about the two bright shiny UFOs hovering above it.

That was was the rare twin full moon. The exceptionally high gravity has been known to cause loads to shift and bow out the sides of trucks !

Sorry for the quality of the pictures. I pulled up to the stoplight and seen four guys heading back to vehicles, then I noticed the truck and seen the guy throwing a broken pallet on the back. I looked at the road and you could see some debris. My assumption is this guy had two pallet full of something, kind of looked like bags of fertilizer and there was white stuff on the ground. The top pallet must of come out of the truck and several people stopped to help toss it back into the greatly overloaded truck.

That same dog I mentioned previously tore the dickens out of a door knob one day. I'm sure that if it had been the lever style she would have gotten it opened. She was a terror when I had to kennel her. They had to put a lock on the door else she would open it and get out and also wouldn't stay in a crate. She would break out, and then all He** would break lose. The last time she was in it I was bringing her home after surgery so put her in the doorless crate for safety if I had to stop quickly. By the time we got home she had soaked the crate floor from hyperventilating so badly, even though she could get out at any time. I gave it away not long after that.
