Someone started by wondering why so many trailers around. Because that's the FAD. Simple as that.

I'm a sheep. Sign me up! I love life, I love to play with my toys and have fun. Life has been a heck of a great time so far, I'm not anywhere near done playing yet.

I am not going to call myself a sheep, but I do like all my man toys I have accumulated over my lifetime.

I rarely ever get rid of one unless it is in a trade or upgrade.

Been looking at travel trailers and or motor homes myself, just havent found the right one for me yet.

Plus, I am a firm believer in " whomever dies with the most toys wins "

There is nothing wrong with fads. It provides some good product at good prices when the fad has subsided.

Someone mentioned firearms, I never buy when the frenzies are going on. But I get some good deals on firearms and ammo after the frenzy is over.

The problem I have is I don't sell much, instead I accumulate and I am running out of room to store these items. But I am wanting to get back to Alaska hunting in the next couple years so I may sell off some stuff to finance the trip. Here is the results of my last Alaska hunt.

I am not a hunter, only shot a few cattle at butchering time and some pests (skunks and squirrels) but many of my friends have hunted and shot many trophies , and always ate the meat, so I am quite sure they are all proud!

That FAD started back in 1915 and is still going strong. When the Lincoln Highway was created, they encouraged people to drive across the US, and camp along the way. And they did and still do.

Guess I should Baa about now.

Is something popular over 100 yrs still a FAD???
