No, I saw a dump truck strapped down on the bed of a flat-bed-semi heading north on I-95 in Florida several years ago. It was the only load on the trailer. The dump truck was made by "Tonka" and was about 12" (inches) long and one 4" strap holding it down. Wished I'd had a camera with me at the time.If that痴 ridiculous too small is this ridiculous overkill? View attachment 619383
For the life of me I can稚 understand why anyone would buy such a small trailer that you can稚 even haul a 2x4 or sheet of plywood on it. What痴 the point of buying it in the first place?
I saw a guy at Home Depot a few months ago loading a bunch of 8ft 2x4痴 into a 5ft trailer stacking them on top of the rear fold up gate. Rediculous!
I've seen people post those on TBN before, one member was going to pick up his son's new toy tractor and the kid "Wanted to haul it home just like Daddy's tractor."No, I saw a dump truck strapped down on the bed of a flat-bed-semi heading north on I-95 in Florida several years ago. That is the people that buy a pickup truck but are afraid to scratch the bed. Most people that own pickup trucks don't use them for pickup trucks.
Was it parked in a Handicapped space with the appropriate tag hanging from the mirror? That's the ultimate enhancement on that sort of truck. One of the funniest things I ever saw was a 5 foot nothing sub-100 pound girl literally climbing into something just shy of a monster truck. Running board was not far below her shoulders. No way when could have opened the tailgate without it falling on top of her head.
I meet them in the woods occasionally, they always expect me to pull into the ditch so that they don't scratch their paint job. That is the people that buy a pickup truck but are afraid to scratch the bed. Most people that own pickup trucks don't use them for pickup trucks.
