Wow! Not a towing thing, but i getting the most out of the road taxes, as he's using two lanes. Considering the load though, it may be a good idea.

Failure to secure a load, unsafe load, over width without a permit/pilot, Broken tail-light, improper tire inflation (passenger front), obstructed/obscured license plate, no rear view mirror, failure to maintain lane.
