A tiny bit overloaded? (8) 250 square foot rolls =?

It's almost twice the weight of the tractor you show "on order," and WAY WAY more than your Bota. Another factor is that you won't have the electric brakes when hooked to a tractor. Even if it is equipped with surge brakes, they won't work backing up or going up a steep grade.
Be very careful pulling that dump trailer. Years ago, I lost a cousin pulling a heavy manure spreader behind a tractor. He went down a slope with it loaded and tried to turn. It jackknifed and flipped the tractor, killing him.

I'm all on flat ground (and slow) :)

Looks like 8-lug trailer wheels. What would that make the trailer's GVW?

I think 14k most likely.

I'm more concerned about the single straps, especially the one that's hooked to the fender! Would like to see at least a single one running front to back.

How much do those rolls weigh?

I don't know, but it rained about 1/2 inch the day prior to this photo. Maybe 1000 pounds a roll?

Those ae more than 1000. I used to bale 800 lb rolls so maybe those could be double mine or more?

Mine's got 8 lug and it's rated for 12k, so I'd think that it's 12k at a minimum. Here's a picture of it, a picture that could almost qualify for this thread (I'm blocked on the bottom and made some middle stabilizers to keep from flexing in the middle; several more straps on the other side because I had them and could attach them, but the four straps were, IMO, ample to hold it all down.) 10x20 floor section from a shed I moved. (getting this thing ON the trailer was a feat- suffice it to say that I'll never do this again! had it hired out but the guy backed out at the last minute and I didn't feel like paying someone else $2k to move it so I did it myself)

Load truck on flat bed, back in to box truck, close doors and drive away. No need for any tie downs.

No picture--it was fleeting-- but I saw a guy hauling round bales of hay with what I think was a GM 350 truck. He had seven huge bales on each side and six across the middle on top. That's 20 bales total and that truck was really dogging it and looked severely overloaded. Straps? We don't need no stinking straps.
