Saw a pickup towing a trailer stopped on the street. Tailgate of trailer was on the ground. Driver was running back to retrieve a mower sitting in the middle of the road.

Some stuff like that, such as the stuffed pants-and-shirt hanging off the christmas lights next to a ladder have caused enough real accidents that law enforcement had them take it down as a hazard to navigation. I would not be surprised if these tailgate wraps don't stay up much longer than it takes to take the photo. Even if they are fake, I'm not sure I want to hang out with the kinds of guys that find them funny.
