Wrong, or just unusual?
This was in a parking lot today. I wonder if anything positive keeps the adapter from rotating in the lunette. Single axle trailer about 5x10.

I wouldn't want to back it up. Towing should work even if a bit loosey goosey but who knows what happens when the brakes are applied.

Exactly... Braking and pushing looks to be problematic if not a disaster waiting to happen.

its got a lot more flexibility when you roll it over though. I'll bet that is what he was concerned with.
