I was picking up some compost today and this gentleman decided to have the loader operator put all 3 yards of his topsoil on his back trailer axle. I wanted to go move the wheelbarrow for him, but decided to mind my own business. There was a tool rack at front of trailer, but they could have put the dirt a couple feet closer to front with a tiny bit of organizing. The rear axle trailer springs were flat after the second yard, and then came the third yard, (when I had to grab the phone for a picture), lifted the rear of the truck up a few inches. Hope he didn't have too far to go...

On a positive note, he didn't put anything to cover the expanded metal so a bit of it should shake out as he goes down the road.....

That compost looks really bad. The last time I picked up some rock, the kid on the loader dumped it too far back. I thought about making him move it but "it didn't look too bad" and I only had a couple of miles to go. By the time I got home I wished I had made him reload it.

That's what front wheel drives are for, right?

So this weekend I saw someone pulling a Ford 5000 with a 6' tube frame harrow on a 16' flatbed with a regular cab Tacoma. I swear the front tires were almost coming off the ground.

good grief!

I have a ford 5000 and never wanted to pull it on a 16' trailer alone.. let alone with a implement.

Not sure if this was posted already https://youtu.be/1W5r7rrR_Mg
Nutty and a hazard but quite brilliant as a solution for moving a 5th wheel camper with a SUV. I wonder if he bothered to hook up turn signals and brake lights. He should have moved some ballast to put weight on the hitch though. Wonder how he got the hitch attached as it is pretty clearly lifting the back of the SUV.
