That guy was probably just trying to leave town when at last minute his (I am sure) lovely wife said "I forgot to go to bank today like you asked me to". So he was just mad that he had to make another stop when he just wanted to leave town.

Yeah blame it on the wife. LOL Maybe his mom should have taken the heat for not making enough cells for vision.

Most of those overhangs are 24' on center 2x8s open a subsurface on thin plywood and then thicker plywood on top with ether shingles or some sort of tar paper/tar sealant. Or in other words a lot of air compared to what a structural component would weigh. So it may have collapsed the roof of the truck but noting compared to an eighteen wheeler rolling over the cab. :stirthepot:

wow.. someone with even worse road planning than the county i live in.

Try Alachua county and the City of Gainesville. I'll be bet the roads in Romania are better planned and maintained.
