Pretty sure I saw that same exact rig on I44 in Oklahoma. My brother and me were talking about how it looked like the frame was bowed. Pulling a trailer there also.
... With a tow cable that lifts the back of his truck as he applies more throttle!
This was about 10 years ago when I was building my house. I was hauling 26,,, 2X12x24 foot long on a 12 foot tandem axel trailer and a 8 foot single axel trailer behind it. Pulling it with a chevy 1/2 ton. Pulling wasn't hard, turning and stopping is another story.
I was just toying with the idea of putting a trailer hitch on the back of my snowmobile trailer so I could join two trailers together and haul 4 sleds.:duh:
In some states it is legal to pull a 5th wheel and have a trailer behind that. (There's something about how it relates to a semi pulling a tandem trailer). But, those same states won't allow two trailers hooked together when pulling from a standard bumper (or below bumper) hitch.
I also found it is legal in some states to pull a trailer and have a small "tool on wheels" type device pulled behind that. Think towable generators, wood splitters, chippers, etc. There are several tree service companies that make use of this to haul both a chipper and a trailer that collects the chips.

Ugh. I just realized that when I tow my 26' snowmobile trailer with my 26' motorhome, it isn't legal in Oregon (where I live) unless I have a special permit. Funny how the length matters so much more than the combined weight (at least in OR). It's the stopping that's the hard part (as I discovered when the battery went dead on my trailer brakes and I didn't realize it).
Don't feel bad, I went through the drive-thru at the bank with a wide trailer behind my truck one time. There was a long line behind me by the time it dawned on me I might have a problem. I got through, but the tires on each side rode up on the curbing. All the tellers had their noses pressed against the glass, looking to see if I was going to take out the machine that takes the tube inside. Live and learn.

Some of those 11 foot 8 videos are pretty spectacular.
Reminds me of a time I had a set of stock racks in my truck because I was going to pick up some feeder pigs after work. Well anyway I went to lunch and didn't even think about it and went through a drive through. Get my food at the window in my old ford straight 6 with a granny gear and as I pull away I years disturbing sound. I decide to give it some throttle and hopefully the noise will stop. It did after momentarily getting much much worse.
Look in my rear view mirror just in time to see the metal awning helicoptering to the ground frame and all ripped off the building. About 5 heads sticking out the window. I told them they could turn it in on my insurance or I could fix it after I eat my food like it never happened.
I fixed it and left smarter even if I did feel awfully dumb.
