They were driving down the road slowly and turned into driveway. Guy ducked when he saw me.
Please explain it to this country boy. The Jeep? The utility work truck? What? Why would they duck? Are you the Boss or the cops?
I have seen that more than a few times when they were stringing cable and riding it onto the guide wire. Always with the guy in the bucket wearing a harness and tied off to the bucket.They were DRIVING down the ROAD with the guy IN THE BUCKET. That is a HUGE NO-GO FO-SHO.
Getting away with it doesn't make it right.Interesting to see how many of these "unsafe towing & hauling" incidents resulted in the job getting done with NO damage or injuries.

Of course, there are also times where it's so "right" that the job can barely be done.
Better to be lucky than good?
Just as not fastening your seat belt on a tractor doesn't mean you are going to DIE if you start the tractor.
Because someone got hurt doing something doesn't mean it is unsafe.
Because something *COULD* happen doesn't mean it will or that it is even likely to happen.
