I dropped a coke can on the floor once and couldn't reach it right away. Few second later I had step on the brake. The can rolled right under. I had to crush it. It exploded. What a mess.
Murphy's Law... sounds like something I would do.

BTW... my wife goes banana mad when she sees small pets on driver's lap. Points everyone out to me. Now it's starting to bug me a bunch too!

I had a poor cat that died of breast cancer and she had a thyroid issue as well. But she would warble like some kind of European back up alarm before throwing up. The first time I heard it, I thought WTF is that?

I knew a guy that bought his first new vehicle, A GM SUV. He left a can of coke in there on a hot day and it exploded. What a terrible thing to happen to a new vehicle!

That would be bad. I've read the worst of all is spilled orange juice that goes everywhere and doesn't get cleaned up completely. After a couple of months - new carpet and upholstery before the smell is gone! Milk similar. Luckily I've never had a disaster like that.

Maybe an auto detail shop could shampoo out a mess like these, before it goes critical.

I was going to make a bad joke about you being better off having had a 'rich cat' ...

Anyways, I did have a coke blow in my new S-10 pickup. First car I ever bought new. The spray went everywhere and dried before I got to it. The syrup got in every conceivable crack/seam in the moldings, seats, dash, etc. Had the truck 10 years and I saw more remnants every time I vacuumed or cleaned the interior. :banghead: Forgot all about it until now you mention it.

And the strange part... never gets hot in Seattle but apparently enough that day!

My son tossed a not completely closed 5 quart jug of Pennzoil in the back seat of his new 2014 Cruze LS All Start. He was ignorant if this until the bottle was empty.

I'm not worried about the floor pan in it ever rusting out.

One summer day I left two aerosol cans of undercoating in an F100 that I was working on . Talk about a mess! One can flattened out against the other. The cover bent the metal steering column housing, and back in 1973 those weren't light metal. Black tar all over the truck... that was the last straw which made me realize it was time to upgrade.

Accidentally knocked the safety pin out of the handle on my 5 pound dry chemical fire extinquisher and had it discharge in my 2011 Ram 1500 about a year after I purchased it new. Still finding powder in that truck.

I set off a fire extinguisher in a Canadian Tire Store at about Age 5. I just remember everything suddenly covered in yellow powder. I think, after some consultation with the staff, my parents grabbed me and left the store quickly.

I heard a story about a guy who bought new Cadillac Escalade. Drove home and picked up his kids and wife. Then drove directly to Dairy Queen and bought 5 ice creams. Gave two to his two kids, wife and kept one for himself. Then took the fifth one and smeared it on the back seat and told his wife: It is already done so you don't need to scream when the kids do it.
