Some of us have dedicated camera buttons and it is literally point and shoot. Only need one hand and no need to look away from the roadway. Less of a distraction or risk than taking a drink from a soda bottle. Wanna outlaw that too Mr Safety Police? :laughing:

Looks like he took the pics safely and no accidents involved so I guess he was responsible and capable. I see nothing wrong.
