He was doing 20 mph on a 55mph hwy, no straps, lumber 5ft left of the cab and 8ft off the tailgate. It was already shifting with every bumb as I passed him. I was busy with work so didn't hang around for the show.I can't believe he was even able to start moving without losing that entire load. What a marroon!

This reminds me of a story a concrete driver told me once.
BTDT (similar) when I was young and poor. My ratty $50 49 Chev. Parked and went into a stereo dealer in San Francisco.... proceeded to take the plates off and walk away.
