Business next door to us was loading a single axle box truck without wheel chocks.

Boss was NOT very happy!

You can never have too many Skyhooks around !

The weight of even a small forklift is often underestimated.

I think this feller is a little heavy on his pin. Even if you got a 3500 dually, you still have to think about weight.

Even if you do everything right(except stay home), nature can still get you.

Use enough car, and don't jerk on a chain. :)

These toy haulers when empty in the rear are garbage to pull. Throws the balance all off.

I saw this today. Now I am not a motorcycle rider but most of the ones I have seen have had at least two straps up high (above center of mass) and usually 4, 2 opposite direction hooked to front, 2 opposites hooked in back. It seems like his straps are too low to keep the weight steady.

Unless he has something blocked up under the right side of the bike (that we can't see in the pic), taking a sharp left turn with that setup could be trouble. Likely one of those "I'm only going a coupla miles" trips...

Cruisers tend to have a low Cg, that may do the trick for that run.

Normal is more like you describe..... where trouble can happen with that approach is when people go really nuts with strong ratchet straps on the handlebars - if you over compress the front forks with the straps and hit a massive pothole with the trailer, you can blow out a fork seal.

Maybe he was only turning right, all the way there ?
