RK55HSC
So first time running with my brand new RK55HSC. I have like 6 acres to mow. The three point lever, and the rear aux controls are shaking so badly due to the rough ride of the tractor they are rattling? The lever actually moved lowering the mower deck, on its own because of the vibration. Anyone else have this issue? I have a whopping 7 hrs on it now.

Rotary mower (bush hog type)? If so, it is out of balance. Could be the blades are stuck and not rotating freely.

I bought a new RK Kutter 72" rotary mower. Even with the tractors PTO dis-engaged the vibration from the rough terrain causes the controls to shake and even rattle? I am thinking of letting some PSI out the rear tires to maybe help soften up the ride.

If the PTO is rotating at the correct some vibration is normal but it should not be shaking enough to mix paint. As DesertEagle suggested check to make sure one of your blade ends isn't folded or jammed closed. That will definitely throw things out of balance.

That says it has nothing to do with the mower, blades, balance or rotation. It's all about the rough ground. But I'm not sure why the levers would bounce out of position. Can you try shock cords to hold them for the short term? Can you disk the field to smooth it in the long term?

Ours rides a bit rough and shaky as well but not too surprising with the ag tires. Dropping the tire pressure a little bit did make an improvement, just have to be a little careful with the filled rears not to make a big mess.

Sounds like your ground speed is too fast for the conditions.

My RK55HC exhibits no vibration in the handles when operating my woods finish mower. However, when operating my RK tiller, there is visible vibration in the 3pt handle and maybe the others, can’t recall.

Lower your rear tire pressure & slow down. My brand new Kubota came with 30 psi in the rear tires. Full contact chevron patch on hard ground is 16 psi for me.

What does your Op Manual say for rear tire pressure.

I mow a one acre meadow that is ROUGH. Anything much over 3 mph is painful, almost throws me out of the seat and I tend to mow more dirt than grass. If you want to mow faster & stop lever rattle - flatten it out.
