setting the time

The time is set at 459. I want 559. I place a (1) for time set and nothing happens, in fact placed -1, +1 even 01.. The other thing is anyones post like I just read one that came in new,.,, time shown on that 759.. In fact most all posts I've read (several forums) show time at 7pm plus??

Eastern Time Zone: Use a 1 as your setting. The SERVER time will not change because that is the time of the TBN server, not your machine. The setting is how many hours are added/subtracted to the SERVER time when displaying time of posts.

My current time is 6:19p
