OK, so now I've got a gage wheel for my landscape rake. Now whathteheck do I do? /w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif How far into the ground should the tines on the rake be going? I'm trying to grub up rocks and branches before running over them with the Mid-Mount.

If it was me I would start off about 1/2" or so to see what happens..also travel slow.

Have you consider setting the rake at a 45 degree angle.

Are you talking about a existing lawn? If so, consider setting your wheels either flush or 1/2" above the rake as Thomas suggests. If the lawn is rough, I would try a setting of a 1"-2" above the rake. A angle tends to give leverage(?) to the rake, helping work material free. I hope this helps.
