Service manual

Does anyone know where you can get a NH TC40 service manual for a decent amount. I don't care if it is CD or paper version. I the part # is 86618104-cd or take the cd off the back of it for the paper version. Anyway, if anyone knows, let me know. The dealer wants around 250.00-280.00, depending on whether cd or print version. Thanks.
