Found a jd dealer that says he can order me parts if I have a valid ym240 ser number anyone willing to volunteer one.

I'm not sure I understand why you would want to, since both JD and Yanmar tend to be higher than most of the aftermarket prices. Is there a particular part you're having trouble finding?
