What year is my Kioti LK3054 ser # 026500494?
What causes the left brake to not return all the way?
The 2 red lights on the rear are on sometimes and off sometimes without touching the switches, I have unplugged the wires on the brake switch what could cause this?

As for the pedal not returning , could be a return spring missing or sticking linkage. Can you pull the pedal back up by hand easily , if so I would look for a missing spring but if it's real still look for sticking linkage. Also this is more than likely why the brake lights are coming on, if the pedal doesn't return to the top it may not be letting switch turn off.

I have disconnected the 2 wires from the brake switch and left them off.
I have disconnected the linkage from the housing and it sticks in the housing not in the linkage.
With the linkage connected I can pull the pedal back by hand.
