Selling trees and mulch

I was also thinking about selling some trees/plants mulch on the side,what percent mark up does a nursery make in doing business like this. Any landscape or nursery owners have any advice or suggestions?I am wanting to go one step at a time,not wanting to go in debt.Any good links or websites of a lawn care/nursery business etc. Would be appreciated.
