I got to sell my Mahindra 2015 with backhoe and a finishing mower I'm asking 20.000 I'm I in the ball park ????? if not can someone help (got laid off can't keep it )

I feel that you are a "little" high on your price.
Retail list price on a brand new 2015 w/ hydrostat drive is $11K
Shuttle shift is a bit less than that. A 60" Woods finish cutter lists for around $2400. Don't know what the backhoe is worth, but the very smallest Woods brand backhoe costs around $5K.
These are all NEW prices but only add up to $18.4K. So, $20K would be a bit higher than the new prices for the equipment.

I remember back in January you announced you leaving Michigan(?) and were going to open a tractor dealership down in Florida. Obviously you got it open. You also said you'd be serving free coffee to TBN members! I'm just curious how you are doing with the new dealership and if anyone actually stopped in for coffee yet?

Hey Bob,
Actually, one fellow has. Seems to me he goes by the name of Okee_Don. He lives in Port St. Lucie and is building a house just about 4-5 miles from our shop. He expects to be moved out in two years or so.
Getting the shop set up was a real uphill battle, but we are working it as hard as we can. Sales are still down, but my feeling is that we are fighting the sales cycle. Most people take a month or so between looking at a tractor and actually decideing which one to buy. We did sell a big 6520 Mahindra with a 275 loader the other day, along with a box blade, Woods 720 mower, root rake and grapple. It was a BIG sale, and the guy is in love with the tractor. He's working it hard, and has had a couple little issues, but I have had him fixed both times in just a couple minutes.

my dad lives in palm city and runs a construction company. he is dead set on replacing all their new hollands with farmtracs. come up with some good reasons to choose mahindras and ill pass the info along. he is going to see mine soon and try it out to. if you have referances of people putting them to the test on the job that would be good. they buy full size not compact. e-mail me at tec153@peoplescom.net
