Selling my BX24

I'm thinking of selling the BX, how do you determine the right asking price? Details below:

Purchased May 2005
52 hrs,
Tooth Bar
36" rotary mower

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Just went through this....sold my very new L-39 w/ 38 hours on it. I took a 10% hit from the new price I paid.

What's the reason for thinking of selling the BX? Do you have a MMM or just the rotary mower? What kind of condition is it in? Garage kept or out in the weather? What was its main use?

I find I'm not using it as much as I expected. The job I had planned for it just never materialized.

I don't have the MMM because I already have a ZTR. I has been in covered storage and used mostly for landscape work and bush hogging some waste areas around the yard. Just had its' 50hr service and had them perform the air screen so it fits better. It also had a new gauge cluster installed because the cover glue was bad. Other than that it has been a great tractor.

I would also think that if you price it 10% below new that someone will find the deal attractive, even if Kubota is offering 0% again, which I am not sure they are.

mower deck width is wrong.

He didn't say MMM; he said rotary mower, which would have been more correctly called rotary cutter (aka, rough cutter, brush hog). These do come in 36" diameters.

You are right. It is a rotary cutter (Bush Hog). I also have teeth on the loader. So what you guys are telling me is that I should list it in the $13.5K range?

Two years and 52 hours!! I've had my tractor 2 months and have 30 hours!! Of course some of that time is me just out doing various things for the fun of it.

There are 4 BX24s that have been on sale at TH for a while. Asking prices range from $14.5k to $15.4k.
