what do you guys think of this seat? Does it look like an exact replacement?

I dunno. Looks very close. May want to check the dimensions.

I tried a suspension seat....yes, even after reading the comments on the increased height issues. IT DID NOT WORK FOR ME! But I had to try.

This seat looks like it would bolt up.

Has anybody every tried replacing the 4 mounting bolts with a 1 inch spring.
Something like on a "tilt-forward" little riding mower seat? Thought this may give us a little "cush for the tush". Just wondering.

There is definitely room for some cushioning without raising the seat much. My PT425 has maybe a couple of inches between the seat mount and the top of the hydraulic filler cap. Somebody with more motivation than I can dredge up could probably rebuild the seat mount and add some rubber isolators or springs.

Personally, I would not still be using the PT without my suspension seat modification. My back would never allow it. But I had to pay more $ to get a low height system.
