Kioti CK30
I haven't been around this board for a year or so and things go to snot. Wallace Tractors is not a Kioti dealership anymore !?!?!?!?
I don't know what to make of it. Anyway.

The seat on my CK30 is falling apart. First a part on the seat suspension came apart so my brother and I zipped tied it so it wouldn't slide back and forth. Now the bottom pan is rusting out and there's nothing to keep it bolted to the suspension. Neither duct tape, zip ties or bailing string looks like it'll keep it together. I even thought of welding a plate on the bottom but the metal is too thin and rusted. It's too bad because the business side of the seat is holding up pretty good with no holes or cracks.

Has Kioti come out with a new and improved seat suspension and seat? I can't be the only one with this problem. Is there an after market or other brand seat and suspension that is better than Kioti's and would bolt right where the OEM seat bolts on?

The tractor is running good. My brother sold his old grey market Iseki and bought a 10,000 lb trailer with the proceeds so he could fetch my tractor whenever he needed it. It works out great for both of us because I can borrow his F350 diesel and trailer whenever I need to haul the tractor.

Since I haven't had to tinker on the tractor for quite a while I bought a salvage titled 2001 Kawasaki Voyager that I had to pull the engine on to fix. I got it dialed in this summer and it is one sweet ride. Oh yeah this is the tractor forum. Anyway if anybody has any insights on replacement CK30 seats let me know.

I believe Kioti has switched to a suspension seat on the CKs. While it is much nicer than the old style it is also expensive, around $500 as I recall. You might want to check with AgriSupply for a generic replacement seat.

Go spend the money and buy a Bobcat deluxe seat. It's night and day differance! and it will bolt right on.

I'm still here just with a different color!

And just how much money would that be Rick? For a DK45SE?

?? I think Rick was talking about the CT/CK line deluxe seat that became standard sometime around 2006 or so. The DKse series came with a "deluxe suspension seat" right from the beginning in 2007.

When I had a CK20 and asked Rick for a price on the "deluxe" new seat in 2006 I think he told me something around $500.

Thanks for the clarification. I thought mine was pretty comfy but it sounded like the white guys may have gone one better - guess not.

The white guys do have one better than the orange ones.
I have a orange one and soon as I find someone that wants to buy my OEM seat I will replace it with the Bobcat seat.

The price on a complete seat is $649.

Once you pay for it you will be glad it's a soft suspension seat seeing as the wallet you are sitting on will be empty of its money that used to help cushion your backside.
If the dollar is at par with the Canadian buck then with taxes it would be $726.88 ouch :(

How is the Albino version different? Size? adjustability?

I hear you - for me it would be cushioning the plastic cards so I don't think it is going to happen any time soon - maybe a good thing for my wish list though.

Would be interested in the comments describing what is different (better) on the white one.
