Yeah, contact Ferris. Otherwise, good luck. Ferris buys the seat from somebody. Sometimes if you remove the seat and look on the bottom you will see the mfgrs tag with name and part number. I have spent a ton of time and money fixing my equipment with a ride that is comfortable for me and there are a gillion seat types and mfgrs., and sometimes even finding that tag has resulted in a dead end.

I have had seats and arm rests reupholstered (sp?). Not cheap, but some of the OEM price for seats is beyond ridiculous.
