seat for a MT180D

I need a new seat for my MT180D. It was rusted out when a bought the tractor, and it looks like I am reclining while driving. I have gotten price quotes from $75 to over $400. Some say the seat will have to be modified. I am fairly handy but don't have shop tools like a drill press or a welder.

Have you found a reasonably priced, comfortable seat that needs little or no modification? Is that too much to ask for?
