seat adjustment on 4720? stuck?

one of my guys was using the tractor this last snow storm and after i asked him about the seat being adjusted oddly, he said it was like that the whole storm.

The BACK rest part of the cloth/cab/air seat has the TOP pointed forward.

You cant sit in the seat straight up and have your but and back touch the seat, theres like 4" between your back of your but and the back bottom of the seat :/

Im baffled on how this is adjusted, previously, it had a leasurely posture always relaxed and laying back like in a car.. i cant find ANY adjustment besides two side screws for arm rest adjustment and the front adjustment for moving the whole seat forwards or backwards, what do i do?

Feels like the seat wants to eject me through the front windshield!

I don't know, man. It sounds like it's busted.

Do you have any BIG BOYS that work for you. (Not the hamburgers, BTW)

I don't recall being able to adjust the tilt of the backrest on the seat. Only the forward/backward and up/down (with the air-ride option). Hope you don't have to replace the seat.

The adjustment for the seat is on the left hand seat belt. Pull up on the seat belt lever to adjust the tilt of the back of the seat. The manuals do not speak this!
