scv on joystick not raising the new autoconnect mower

I just got a new 6 ft. auto connect mower on my 3720 cab installed at the dealer, they delivered it today, it is plummed into the rear scv outlet, so im assuming that the button on the joy stick will make it go up and down, it's not moving it at all, i tried the switches on the side consol but that didn't do anything, the dealer must have had it working but I can't figure it out, (can't call the dealer till monday)

Is the hose plugged in? I assume since it is plumbed to the 3rd SCV it plugs and and plugs so the third SCV can be used for other things. I would make sure the hose is plugged in well.

There is a switch that "enables" the button on the joystick. I can't tell you which switch, but it will show it in your op manual. It is a 3 position switch. OFF-ON-ACTIVATE.

Thanks for responce, Yes, the hose is in all the way , I did play with the switch but maybe i didn't activate it?? i don't know, i'm reading the manual now, (left it at work, thats where im at now), also I thought hydraulic lines always needed a return line, this set up only has 1 line.
This stuff allways happens to me at 5:00 pm on a friday

It's just a single acting cylinder...only 1 line.

after work today, I started the tractor , hit the switch, pressed the button and it worked, I thought I did that yesterday, but... maybe not,,, anyway its working now, thanks for the input
