I have a 2004 scag turf tiger with a kohler command pro 27 model number ch740s-0041 it starts really hard and when I finally get it to start it spits out fuel from the exhaust. sometimes when I engage the blades or put a heavy load on the engine, the engine runs erratically and then smooth's out. I have good compression and im getting spark and fuel. does anybody have an idea of what is wrong??????
