I assume you are talking about SCA coolant? Premix has better quality water premixed, while the concentrate you mix with your own water.

Do a little brain math and consider quantity needed. If the premix cost significantly exceeds the concentrate plus deionized + distilled water cost, then mix it; UNLESS the quantity you need is less than 2 gallons, in which case you would have extra poison sitting around. What 'ntarnation does SCA or SCAF stand for????
