Buying Advice Sc2450 with hoe looking at buying

Can any of you owners give me any good or bad info on these tractors? This one is 7 years old owner says and hour meter broke at 87 hours, owner says has less than 500 total on it. Comes with backhoe for under $10k. I live on 6 acres

Parts readily available?
anything I need to know of, problems or issues they had?
