Sc2400 knock

Any one with a sc2400 ever notice a knocking sound from the hydro when standing behind the tractor after it has warmed up?

The only time I've noticed that the tractor sounded like it was knocking was when the bracket for the air cleaner broke and the engine was vibrating so hard the two pieces of the bracket hitting eachother made it sound like the engine was knocking.

Does it make any noise when you go forward/reverse or move the loader/3pt?

No change in the noise when using loader ect. The knock is not heard when on the seat, only when standing behind the tractor

Are you sure it's coming from the hydraulics and not something rattling?

I have looked for something loose.
no noise until it has run for a few minutes.

I can think of a lot of noises I've heard hydro's make through the past years, but not a knocking! Get it to a dealer while it still moves!!!!

How many hours do you have on the tractor? Have you changed the hydraulic filter/fluid? Here's a pretty interesting article on Common Hydraulic Problems Symptoms of Common Hydraulic Problems and Their Root Causes

It sounds like a dealer check up might be in order.

Sure it's not the seat?
My seat makes all kinds of knocking noise. Lift it and it goes way. It's almost always done it.

I can't think of what coupler he might be talking about.
