Saw a GREAT big older Simplicity, might be able to buy!

I was looking at a Harley raking job yesterday and was chatting with customer in their garage. I noticed over in the corner was a massive 20+ HP Simplicity garden tractor. Looked to be ~20 yrs old, but in decent shape. This thing had at least a 60" deck. Looked to have power up/down, power steering, big flotation rear bar tires, rear fuel tank fill spout, and I believe an Onan engine. Also had a metal dash with some gauges and maybe even some hydraulic outlets. Traditional orange/white Simplicity colors.

Anyone know what it might be worth? Customer says it runs. Gotta love the old US made garden tractors on steroids like that one. :thumbsup:

Around here, $500-$2000 depending on the condition and attatchments.

They are AMAZING. They go for $1500 to $2500 around here if they are in decent shape.

Wow!! That one has a shine on it. Did you recondition that one? Nice work.

I started on that one last monday and it had some health issues put with the help of members of the many tractor web sites I am getting it worked out.

I think the one I saw looked a lot like the one in post #4, but the front tires and overall tractor seemed a little smaller. I'm pretty sure it was 20HP.
