I recently bought a Satoh S650G Bison tractor. It is running and the loader seems to work at least at a basic level. I changed most fluids. The tach is not working so I was going to start checking the cable first, but it seems to have “lead seal tag” on the governor end. Does anyone know why this would be on there ? Normally these things seem like a “do not disturb“ sign so any feedback is very much appreciated.
