got a great running 650G,only problem is throttle lever does not respond smoothly. Have to move lever way up to get any speed change then it runs up to 1000 rpm, same thing coming down. seems to be no happy medium ! help !!!!!!
I agree with len12. The 650 I sold did the same thing. I tried carb rebuild first..no luck. If you want to start cheap, change the oil in the governor. If you are lucky it's "sticky" and will free up. Otherwise prepare to part with some cash for a new one.
