Satoh 370d lower radiator hose

I've been restoring this tractor for my dad for the past 2 years and I can't seem to find a lower radiator hose I've tried flexible ones and other options but none seem to work with the front body panel it always hits any ideas?

Also have bought 3 different steering wheels that don't fit so if anyone has found one that would be awesome as well

i MAY HAVE A GOOD USED STEERING WHEEL. iF i DON'T i CAN SUPPLY A REPLACEMENT WHEEL. EMAIL ME. PROBABLY CAN ALSO SUPPLY THE HOSE.
