They have one down in Vienna, WV. Old_Hickory, its a pretty nice one. Or at least it was the last time I went there, when I was up visiting my sister that lives in Devola.

I have a Sam's card......business member.....we don't pay the 10% upcharge on the items we buy. My wifes card is $30 and mine is free and all of her "employees" is $30 each. They guarantee if we don't save the $30 we get the difference back at renewal time. We usually renew over the 'net, but we always have to pay for all the cards at once and don't always get paid back /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif .
We do a fair amount of business there. We have the room to store the "extra sizes" we have to buy. Works for us and we save a bunch of bucks.

I have been to both stores a couple of times but I did not find the prices to be all that good. A couple of years ago one of the other managers at work got me to go to Sams to buy food for a celebration. I bought drinks, snacks, and 300# of sausage. I thought the prices seems kind of high so I went to a local store, HEB, and found that I could have bought the exact same products there for considerably less.

I went to Walmart once and thought I had found some good prices but when I tried to check out, all the prices were rang up considerably higher than they were marked on the shelf. If that is the kind of business practices that every one raves about I think they get what they deserve. I have and never will go to one of these places again. The only thing I see good about them is that they keep a lot of people out of the legitimate stores.

That doesn't sound like any Sam's or Wal-Mart that I have ever been in. I have been in only 6 Sam's, but have been in about 30 WMs.
