The B2630 is powered by a B7610 engine that's been tweaked for a couple more ponies....they're both the same displacement but the B2630 is rated to run at higher RPM. If you liked the 7610's powerplant, you'll like the 2630. But if you want a meaningful boost in guts (torque) you'll have to go to the larger engine in the B3030 or B7800.
As much as I like the B7800, I'd probably go for a 2630/3030 to get the Position Control on the 3pt. The Quarter Inching on the B7610 has been found wanting on a couple of my jobs so far and is the only complaint I have about the tractor. When bush hogging or box blading on rough, uneven ground; it's a let down.
The only negative with the 2630/3030 that I see is the bug-like look. They look like box store riding mowers while the old-school B7800 looks like a tractor should.

Went with a B2630! Although I only had 15 hours on the 7610 and 2 hours on the 2630 got yesterday I am way glad I went to this model. Seat still sucks every other feature rocks!
Thought about going with the 3030 but I dont use PTO much and 26 hp is plenty for me. It is much larger than the 7610 so it will take some getting used too, wife had heart attach when they delivered it. I forgot to tell her I made the trade and I wasnt home.
