Welcome to Tractorbynet. And, no, I never heard of a sakeoh tractor, but wonder if someone misunderstood and meant "Satoh" by Mitsubishi.

I owned a Satoh tractor for about a month in 1987. I sold it because the pto turned the opposite direction of most tractors. It was nearly impossible to get implements for it. However Satoh does have some tractors that do not have this problem. The tractor was a strong little tractor and overall I liked it . Hope this helps , Robby

It was one of the smaller Satohs that had the counterclockwise PTO. Kubota also had a ccw PTO on one of their small models.
