SA Series Start Up Procedure

In the Operations Manual, it says "After the engine has started, warm up the engine for 5 minutes at 2000 to 2400 RPM without any load"

Does that mean start it at 2000-2400 RPM, or start it at idle and bring the throttle up to 2000-2400 RPM for 5 minutes?

Start at idle, then throttle up.

Gryz, also when the temps are cold, -32, it says to run engine at 1200 - 1400, for 5 plus minutes and before operating functions, it is a little confusing as the manual has this procedure in a couple of different places,
