S373D PTO not working

I'm new here to the forum and amazed at the great information all of you share. Great forum!! Just got a S373D. Cleaned up the fuel system as it was sitting for 2 years and got it running today. Sweet little tractor and the only thing not working is the PTO shaft. It just free turns by hand and will not engage. Any idea what might be the issue and if anyone else has gone through anything similar.

It also has a bad rear wheel/tire that needs replacing and wonder what may be available. Has the 8-16 Ag setup but thinking of going turf.

It has an internal overrunning clutch. They can get warn , but I think usually they break. They are no longer available from Mitsubishi, but I had some made. I have used wheels. I'm pretty sure I have ones with turfs. Email me

Thanks very much for the reply. I haven't had time to go into the transmission but I do have a repair/service manual on the way. Good to know you have parts. I'm new to tractors but do have adequate tools and know how to get into the task. Can you please share the tear down direction and difficulty please? What needs to come apart to get to the overrunning clutch? Is it more than removing the PTO shaft from the rear?

I was able to find some wheels/tires locally here.

Going into the transmission when the weather here in NC warms a little. What does the internal overrunning clutch look like? I have purchased all the manuals and none seem to cover that clutch.
