RTV1140 50hr service question

I'm getting ready to do the 50hr service and it calls for replacing the HST Oil Filter and the Suction Oil filter. If I replace them one at a time will I drain all the Transmission fluid or just whats in the filters?

Just the fluid in the filters.

Just go ahead and remove that protection plate on the back that covers the filter. Only takes a couple of minutes to remove and reinstall. Most time consuming part of the entire change.
