Me too. I'm near my wits end on this one.
I've checked everything I could using volts and ohms and all checks good, everywhere... I'm hoping it's something inside the starter and I can get going again.

What do you mean by that? What's wrong with pulling the starter for a night to see if internal freezing is the problem?

Follow-up and resolution.

It's something in the starter.
I popped a new one in Tuesday night.
I tried yesterday morning and same today. Both days the temp has been cold enough whereby the no-turnover condition would have occurred. Starts right up now!!!
